Bedrooms:
There are 1 twin and 3 triple bedrooms upstairs and 1 twin bedroom downstairs. All beds are single and have duvets and pillows. Linen is provided. Cot and mattress available (bring own linen). |

Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath, toilet and hand basin. Downstairs there are 2 showers in a shower room and two toilets.

Lounge:
There is a log burner in the comfortable sitting room which contains a TV with Digital receiver and DVD player. There is also a payphone (01454 294379). |

Kitchen:
The kitchen contains an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a full range of crockery and cutlery. The large pine kitchen table can seat up to 12. There is also a high chair available. |

A washing machine, tumble drier and drying space are provided. Iron and ironing board are available. |

Training Rooms:
Sturt farm has the ability to hold small training courses or meetings for up to 12 people. The larger training room seats 12 and there is a smaller break out room suitable for up to 6 people. These are available by separate arrangement.
